What this space is….

This is the place where
we get to learn how to navigate
the messy parts of being human.

The overwhelm, the anger,
the sadness, the procrastination,
the anxiousness.

All of it comes from
the nervous system.

It’s the language our body speaks.
We just don’t usually recognise it
as a language.

And we definitely can’t talk
ourselves into calm…
our body doesn’t understand
words. It listens to completely
different cues.

In these six weeks, we will
learn that language together.
And map out your inner world.
In a way that feels clear
and human.

By the end, you’ll have a new
understanding of what’s
actually happening inside you.

This isn’t about never
getting sad, angry, or
overwhelmed again.

It’s about knowing
what to do when
you are.

How it works…


We meet for six weeks on Zoom.
Most weeks have one class,
but Weeks 3 and 5 include
a second guided practice session.

Each class is about 90 minutes.
Recordings are available if you
can’t attend live.

You’ll have gentle practices
to try between sessions -
nothing heavy, nothing
overwhelming.

Just small things to help you
understand yourself
day by day.

Along the way, we’ll explore breathwork,
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique),
and other simple, body-based practices.

We’ll do them together
so they feel familiar and
easy to come back to.

Frequently asked questions


  • This is an online program.
    We meet live on Zoom, so you can join from anywhere.

  • No. This is a live, guided program that unfolds week by week. The live element is an important part of the experience, but you won’t be left behind if you need to miss a session.

  • You’re very welcome to attend live, and that’s where the real-time support and practice happens. That said, life happens. You can still benefit from the recordings if you can’t make it every week.

  • This program is rooted in nervous system education, including Polyvagal Theory, and simple, body-based practices like breathwork and EFT.

    Everything we explore here has been filtered through lived experience. These are the tools I return to myself, and the ones I’ve seen genuinely support the people I’ve worked with.

    Nothing is shared just because it sounds good on paper. We focus on what helps real bodies in real life.


  • We’ll explore breathwork, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and other body-based practices. What we do each week will be guided by the needs of the group rather than a fixed script.

  • Yes. All sessions will be recorded and shared with the group… So you can revisit the material or catch up, if you miss a week.

  • You’ll be able to come back to the recordings anytime. They aren’t time-limited. There’s no rush.

  • There’s no set plan for running this again. I create and offer these programs when they feel aligned, so I can’t say for sure if or when it will return.
