You can think of breathwork as a deeper, more potent form of meditation.
Working with your breath creates instant physiological changes in your body, stimulating your nervous system and increasing the levels of “happiness hormones” in your brain.
It makes it easier for you to tap into your subconscious and release any old stories, trauma, and limiting beliefs you might have…
All while experiencing that “blissed out” feeling you can usually only get after spending a full day at the spa.

There’s nothing you can mess up when doing breathwork with me.
If your mind wanders, I will gently nudge you back to your breath; if a specific breathing pattern feels too challenging, I will offer an easier alternative for you to follow.
In short… I will be there to guide you every step of the way. All you have to do is show up and be ready to breathe.

Breathwork is not advised for people with a history of cardiovascular disease or prior heart attack, high blood pressure, use of prescription blood thinners, epilepsy or seizures, glaucoma, osteoporosis, severe asthma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, dissociative disorders, and history of significant trauma, as well as during pregnancy.
