Nervous System Reset

A breathwork session
for the reset you desire.

This session is
for you if...

  • You feel like your mind is always on,
    and it’s exhausting.

  • You carry a lot of mental load,
    and rarely get a break.

  • You crave rest but struggle to feel rested,
    even when you try.

  • You know all the wellness tools
    but secretly wish someone would
    just hold you.

  • You’re feeling like something is off
But you can’t quite put your finger on it.

What you
secretly want…

  • To let go of the swirling thoughts

  • To release the inner pressure

  • To be cared for, without having to ask

  • To rest without guilt

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is one of the easiest ways to help
your nervous system settle.

It helps you drop out of the mind and
into the body - where true calm begins.

Why breathwork?

Because you can’t think your way into peace.
Your nervous system needs to
feel it.

Breathwork bypasses the mental loops and works directly with your body - helping you move out of stress responses (like overthinking, tension, or emotional overwhelm)… and arrive into a place of safety and calm.

It’s how I come back to myself when everything
looks fine on the outside, but something
feels off inside.

This is my reset.
The one practice I trust most to help me
come home to myself.

And honestly?
I think you’ll love it.

So what happens
during the session?

1. Before we meet.
I intuitively tune into your energy and feel into which breath patterns and elements of nature we’re going to explore today.
This isn’t a formula. It’s a living, responsive session - shaped around what your body needs most.

2. When we begin.
You’re welcome to share what’s been present for you.
There’s no pressure to explain - we’re simply setting the tone.
This session isn’t about the mind and its stories.
It’s about the body - what it knows, what it’s holding, and what it’s ready to release.

3. Active breathwork.
You’ll be guided through an active breathing session using patterns chosen to support your nervous system.
This part of the session helps quiet the mind, ease internal pressure, and create space for calm, clarity, and reconnection.

4. Integration.
We finish with integration. This is where the real magic settles in.
And it often brings the kind of clarity and peace that words can’t quite touch.
It’s not something I can describe. It’s something you’ll feel.

5. When we return.
You’ll have time to reflect, ask questions, or simply sit in stillness.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself - with a sense of ease that lingers.

Arriving with Intention

Before we begin, take a moment
to set an intention for this session.
If anything was possible,
what would you like to receive?

Perhaps there’s a question you’re holding
or something you’d like to call into your life.
Be open to the experience,
and allow whatever unfolds to be exactly
what you need.

What to Expect
During Breathwork

As we move through the session,
you may notice a range of physical sensations.
It’s common to feel tingling, lightness, muscle tension
or a sensation of energy moving through your body.

Some people experience shifts in temperature
perhaps feeling warm one moment and cool the next.
These sensations are all part of the experience,
as are any emotions that may come up.

Breathwork can bring buried feelings to the surface,
where they can be witnessed, integrated,
or gently released.

Know that these experiences are safe.
You are always in control of the process.
The speed, the pace, and the rhythm are yours
to choose.

You can decide how you want to breathe
with the patterns we’ll be using.
Trust yourself to find the pace
that feels just right.

Post-Session Care

After our session, your body may feel
a mix of sensations —
lightness, calm, or even emotional release.

If feeling lightheaded, spend some time
in nature afterward;
it’s a beautiful way to ground yourself
back into your body.

Consider giving yourself a few moments to
reflect, journal, or simply rest.

Drink some water or tea,
and stay present with your feelings.

Gentle movement can help you integrate
the experience in a way that feels right for you.

Safety Considerations

Please remember to practice breathwork safely.

If you’re pregnant,
have any heart or lung conditions,
recent injury or surgery,
experience panic attacks,
psychosis, seizure disorders

or have any concerns about how this practice
might affect you, please consult with
a healthcare provider before joining.

Avoid practicing breathwork while driving,
swimming, or in situations
where full presence is required.

And always trust yourself —
your safety and comfort are the top priorities.

Above All,
Know You Have a Choice

Everything in our session is only an invitation.
You always have a choice about how you participate,
and your experience is uniquely yours.

Thank you for taking this time for yourself.
I can’t wait to guide you
in this breathwork journey.
